Set in the wonderful gardens of the prestigious, always popular and extremely peaceful, San Juan De Capistrano resort complex, this semi-detached, private Villa enjoys marvelous views over Nerja and the Mediterranean with an incredible backdrop of the Almijara mountain range lying just behind.

 

The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The accommodation consists of -:

2 Bedrooms, 1 double, which opens onto the terrace and 1 twin, both complete with large built in wardrobes.

1 fully fitted Bathroom with bath/shower.

Kitchen which includes Full Size Cooker, Large Fridge/Freezer, Microwave.

A very Comfortable lounge with Sofa bed (double), and dining area with seating for 6

Which leads out to the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture.

Cable TV, BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky Sports, Eurosport etc. DVD player with selection of Movies.

CD Player/Radio and a selection of CD's

Marble floors throughout.

Room fans for the summer and Heaters for the winter, Hair Dryer, Steam iron & Ironing board.

Private walled garden with lawn and sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing or play area for the kids.

There is a small but well stocked Supermarket close to the Pool Complex, so you don't have to go far if you need a last minute bottle of wine or the kid's feel like an ice cream!

A Beautiful, very large, immaculate, free form communal Swimming Pool (it's even got a small beach at one end) and children's pool complex. Considered the finest in Nerja!. Surrounded by lush gardens, here you will always find sun loungers plus a bar and restaurant and more fantastic views.

Very Discreet, 24 Hour security with patrolling guards

Try the excellent Bus service (every half hour 'til late) into town or the beach if you don't want to drive or its too hot to walk! The Bus Stop is about 200 yards from the front door !

And don't worry if you miss the last bus, there are plenty of Taxi's and the ride home should cost only about 5€ .
